Marsonics USP RT
Functional ultrasound fUS and ULM brain-imaging research platform
A research workflow combining functional ultrasound, ultrasound localization microscopy and open data interfaces for small-animal cerebral microvascular and hemodynamic studies.
Product image. Delivered configuration is subject to the agreed technical specification.
Research uses
- Observation of cerebral blood flow, blood volume and response curves
- ULM microvascular imaging under the appropriate study conditions
- Brain-region ROI, functional connectivity and synchronized recordings
Confirm before selecting a configuration
- Animal model, acoustic window, transducer and fixation
- Transmit sequence, recording duration and fUS/ULM algorithm modules
- Registration, timestamps, data export and external synchronization
How does USP RT differ from the USP open hardware platform?
USP describes open ultrasound transmit/receive hardware. USP RT emphasizes a configured brain-function imaging workflow. Confirm transducers, sequences, algorithms, ULM study conditions and software modules separately; the names do not imply identical capabilities in every configuration.
Scope and validation
This page describes a research platform. It does not establish an approved diagnostic or therapeutic use, a clinical outcome, or a configuration-independent performance claim. Human research and translation require applicable ethics review, approvals and experimental validation.
